Prior to joining Smith & Adelaide law, Antoinette was an associate at N.Dowuona & Company where she gained vast experience in areas of Corporate and Commercial Transactions. She has been involved in the incorporation and liquidation of various domestic and international companies and has drafted legal opinions advising on several legal issues ranging from corporate, conflict of laws and energy matters as well as performing Due Diligence on domestic Corporate Bodies. She also has experience in Dispute Resolution.

She has a certificate from the Leitner Centre in Fordham University on Human Rights during their summer course in Ghana in 2014 and also has a keen interest in intellectual Property Law and Energy and Natural Resources.

She is adept in communication, research and inter-personal relations.
